Olivia Charles is a businesswoman and a business-partner of Andrew Martin. She resents Andrew's wife Siobhan, as she knows about the Ponzi scheme that is being run at Martin/Charles.
Olivia is presumed to be a lesbian, as it is revealed that she has been sleeping with Andrew's wife Catherine Martin, who has been trying to kill Siobhan.
After her first attempt kill Siobhan/Bridget failed, Catherine and Olivia have been working together to try and kill Siobhan. Catherine's second attempt led to a failed hostage situation involving Andrew Martin, Bridget Kelly and Juliet Martin, after which Olivia was coerced by Victor Machado to lure her to capture.
